Brenda Shumate is a value-driven industrial engineering professional with extensive experience in operations, maintenance and supply chain management. Brenda is well versed in establishing business processes in relation to operational objectives in order to maximize revenue and optimiz expenses. With more than 17 years in both the producing and service side of the oil and gas business,  Brenda has successfully helped companies eliminate waste and streamline processes using lean techniques and other tools that deliver repeatable and sustainable results to operations. She has an excellent understanding of group dynamics and motivation and is highly effective in engaging all levels of an organization. An exceptional communicator, Brenda is a critical process thinker who ties strategic initiatives to tactical implementation plans and executes with strong project management skills. Prior to joining The Tagos Group, Brenda worked with Chevron Energy Services, Key Energy Services, Inc., Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Michelin North America and Bechtel Corporation providing management services including supply chain and logistics consulting. Her experience with various ERP, CMMS and system applications is complimented with a Master’s of Business Administration (Technology Management) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science (Industrial Engineering & Management) from Oklahoma State University.
