Shanna Graves
is the Vice President
of Marketing for The Tagos Group. She has more than 20 years'
experience in marketing, communications, and business development,
working with professional services firms primarily in the areas of
audit and tax services. Shanna’s expertise lies in developing and
executing marketing strategies designed to expand market share.
Shanna has been very involved in business development for The Tagos
Group since the company was founded in 2007. She also serves as the
Tagos program manager for an energy efficiency outreach program
hosted by the largest regulated electric distribution and
transmission company in Texas. As part of the program, Shanna’s team
assists organizations in identifying energy usage improvements by
locating and addressing high-energy usage areas in their facilities
and making recommendations for equipment upgrades to more efficient
models. Her team collects energy use and building data with which to
analyze energy performance and assists organizations with
state-required five-year energy planning.
Shanna came to The Tagos Group, LLC from UHY Advisors, LLP, an
international audit, tax, and business consulting firm based in
Chicago, Illinois. Prior to UHY, Shanna was the southwest regional
marketing director for Arthur Andersen, LLP, where she developed
marketing and sales initiatives to support an annual regional sales
plan in 2002 of more than $700 million. Shanna has worked across all
industry groups, most recently focused on energy, including
renewable, oil field services, manufacturing, distribution,
technology, and health care. She received her BS from The University
of Texas at Austin.
